      This B-luc K-562 cell line expresses firefly luciferase as a marker of K-562 cells. Luminescence can be observed B-luc K-562 cells.

      Targeting strategy

      Gene targeting strategy for B-luc K-562. The luciferase sequence was inserted in the hAAVS1 locus of wild-type K-562.

      In vitro luciferase activity of B-luc K-562 cells

      Luminescence signal intensity of B-luc K-562 cells. Luminescence intensity was measured using the Bright-GloTM luciferase Assay. B-luc K-562 cells have a strong luminescence signal. The mix clone and 1-G08 clone of B-luc K-562 cells can be used in vivo experiments.

      Quantitative imaging data & body weight changes

      Tumor growth and in vivo imaging of B-luc K-562 cells. B-luc K-562 cells (mix, 5x106) were injected by tail vein into B-NDG mice .Signal intensity and body weight were measured twice a week. (A) Imaging was performed on days 0, 4, 7, 11, 21, and 25, (B) Mice body weight (Mean ± SEM). B-luc K-562 cells can be used for in vivo efficacy evaluation.
