    What is the NIH research festival?

    The NIH Research Festival is an annual event hosted by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) that celebrates and showcases the diverse research conducted by the NIH's intramural program. The festival includes scientific presentations, symposia, poster sessions, and exhibitions, offering an opportunity for NIH scientists, industry professionals, and academic researchers to share their work, foster collaboration, and explore new advancements in biomedical research.

    The festival covers a wide range of topics, from basic to clinical research, and often includes presentations by leading scientists. It serves as a hub for innovation, collaboration, and networking among professionals dedicated to improving human health through scientific discovery.

    The 2024 NIH Research Festival will take place from September 23 to 25, followed by the Green Labs Fair on September 26. This annual event will showcase cutting-edge research from NIH laboratories, featuring presentations, posters, and exhibits. The Green Labs Fair will focus on sustainability initiatives and best practices for environmentally friendly lab operations.
