      Analysis of liver by immunofluorescence(IF).
      Control: without tamoxifen treatment; HNF4α: a regulator of liver-specific gene expression. Immunofluorescence for HNF4α, tdTomato, and DAPI on liver sections shows Alb-iCreERT2(Mut/+), CAG-LSL-tdTomato(Mut/+) mice labeled almost all hepatocytes after tamoxifen treatment.
