Results of agarose gel electrophoresis

Phenotype Analysis
Col10-Cre-marked cells, which excluded periosteal cells, gave rise to ~58%of all Lepr+ BMSCs.
(C) Confocal imaging of femur sections from Col10cre; R26tdTomato mice at P3 showed that Col10-Cre (Col10-Cre was purchased from Biocytogen Co.
