Strain specific B7-H3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hB7-H3 mice(C) by western blot. Tissues were collected from wild-type BALB/c mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hB7-H3 mice(C) (H/H), and analyzed by western blot with anti-B7-H3 antibodies. Human B7-H3 was detectable in homozygous B-hB7-H3 mice(C) but not in wild-type BALB/c mice.

Strain specific analysis of B7-H3 mRNA expression in wild-type BALB/c mice and B-hB7-H3 mice(C) by RT-PCR. Spleen RNA was isolated from wild-type BALB/c mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hB7-H3 mice(C) (H/H), and then cDNA libraries were synthesized by reverse transcription, followed by PCR with mouse or human B7-H3 primers. Mouse B7h3 mRNA was detectable only in wild-type BALB/c mice. Human B7-H3 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hB7-H3 mice(C) but not in wild-type mice.
