Strain specific F11R expression analysis in homozygous B-hF11R mice by flow cytometry. Platelets were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hF11R mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-F11R antibody. Mouse F11R was detectable in platelet of wild-type C57BL/6 mice. Human F11R was exclusively detectable in platelet of homozygous B-hF11R mice but not in wild-type C57BL/6 mice.
